The Building of Our Nation

I helped to form the wonderful new nation that we now call America! I arrived in America in 1776. Sometime around when the war began. I started serving in the army just as a volunteer. But then I became Colonel of the engineers. A polish prince and General Charles Lee recommended me to be the head of the engineers. And so I was.
